Residential Pest Control in Attalla
Most of our Attalla work is residential. The housing stock here ranges from pre-1950 bungalows in the historic district to newer slab homes along Highway 11, and each type has its own pest problems. Older homes need termite and rodent work because of the pier-and-beam foundations and original wood. Newer homes deal more with ants, spiders, and occasional roaches. Either way, we treat your home like we would treat our own. We show up on time, we explain what we are doing, and we do not leave until the job is done.
- Quarterly general pest treatment — Our most popular Attalla residential plan. We treat the perimeter, crawl space, and interior entry points with granules and liquid concentrates, then set bait stations in the kitchen and garage. Quarterly visits keep ants, spiders, and roaches from getting established.
- Termite inspection and treatment — Critical for Attalla's older homes. We inspect the crawl space with termite detection devices, treat the soil and wood where needed, and set bait stations around the foundation. You get a written report you can keep for your records or a real estate transaction.
- Rodent exclusion and trapping — We set traps and tamper-resistant bait stations, then seal entry points around the foundation, soffits, and utility lines. Exclusion work is what keeps rodents from coming back. Most Attalla rodent jobs take two to three visits to fully resolve.
- Wasp nest removal — Same-day removal for nests near doors, porches, and play areas. We work at dusk when the colony is settled, using respirators and protective gear. After removal, we treat the area so wasps do not rebuild in the same spot.
